Banca Digital is an independent, digitally native company specializing in online communication strategies. It manages culture, meme, and entertainment pages that have achieved success with viral and authentic content. Banca fosters connections between the public, brands, and creators, encouraging safe and healthy conversations. Strongly connected to Brazilian popular culture, the company is constantly evolving, co-creating, and innovating in the influencer market. Six out of ten Brazilians follow at least one Instagram profile managed by Banca.
Project Information:
The new visual identity of Banca Digital is deeply rooted in the essence of a traditional newsstand in São Paulo – a symbol of accessible and organic communication that connects people from different backgrounds through digital culture. This identity is built with simple geometric shapes that represent both the protection and structure of a newsstand, also capturing the dynamic and adaptable nature of the online world. The central icon – composed of a vertical rectangle and a horizontal one – evokes the solidity and stability of a safe space for conversations and the sharing of digital content.
The Manrope typeface was chosen for its modern, clean, and highly legible characteristics, perfectly aligning with Banca Digital’s mission of clear and transparent communication. The typeface complements the brand’s minimalist aesthetic, emphasizing functionality and simplicity without losing impact.
A carefully selected color palette, based on blue, plays a fundamental role in the visual identity. Blue conveys feelings of trust, reliability, and professionalism, essential for a brand dedicated to promoting authentic, safe, and meaningful discussions in the digital space. In addition to these qualities, blue also symbolizes calmness and depth, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to creating a healthy and secure space for engagement. Psychologically, blue is known to evoke clarity and focus, which aligns with Banca Digital’s values of responsibility and transparency in the digital landscape.
Movement also plays a crucial role in expressing this identity. The animation of Banca Digital’s logo amplifies its values in a fluid and impactful way, highlighting the importance of creating a consistent visual system that integrates animation and graphics. Each movement reinforces the brand’s dynamic narrative, conveying the energy of viral content and digital engagement. Through a strategic approach, the motion design connects the essence of popular digital culture with movement, bringing the vibrancy and relevance of the online world to the core of the visual identity.
